Why GRP?
Why Choose GRP?
Glassfibre reinforced plastics (GRP) are a more sustainable material choice than traditional pipes.
Consisting of a polymer matrix and glass fibres – the materials supplement each other to form a stronger compound that resists both compressive and tensile forces.
The thermosetting resins used to make GRP are far stronger and more durable than other plastics: Amiblu pipes have a lifespan of more than 150 years, which results in the product being considerably better for the environment. GRP pipe features a small carbon footprint in production, and due to its low weight have lower storage and transport costs, and allow for fast installation.
Take some time to understand why GRP is changing the mindset of consultants, authorities and infrastructure stakeholders around the world.
